The Account

Your LIBRO Account is the signed-in side of the house, at libro.org/account. Signed out, the door shows what is inside; membership opens it. Inside, the left rail is the map: the Private section, the Institution section, and the standard areas beneath them.

What lives where

• Home greets you, shows what your tier opens now, the latest letters from the house, and the next level.
• Account holds your profile, seats where your membership carries them, and security.
• Billing holds your plan, renewal, and invoices.
• Support is where you write to the house and keep every answer.

Orders in the Account

Order history joins the Account with the Library's next release; until then, the order letter is the record and client care answers on any order by its reference.

Levels

Every section of the Account is always visible. What your tier does not yet open renders sealed, named, with one line on what is behind it; there is always exactly one next level. Nothing is hidden, and nothing shouts.
