Returns
The return frame for maison-fulfilled works, and where publisher terms govern.
The frame
A maison-fulfilled work may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, in the condition it arrived: unread, unmarked, in its case where cased. Write to client care first with the order reference; the house confirms the return address and the manner of carriage. Return carriage is arranged with the same care as the outbound: cased, boarded, insured.
Numbered and editioned works
A numbered LIBRO edition is admitted back with particular care, because its number is part of the work. The house inspects before refunding; a returned edition that has been damaged is treated by conversation, not by formula.
What cannot come back
Works made or personalised to order, and works damaged after delivery, are not returnable. Where a work arrives damaged or wrong, that is not a return but the house's fault: write immediately and the house makes it right at its own cost.
Publisher-fulfilled works
A work bought through Buy Now is returned to its publisher under the publisher's terms; the house will point you to the right door but cannot accept the parcel itself.
