Billing and Renewal
Plans, invoices, payment, and cancellation, plainly.
The plan
Annual plans are the standard offering; monthly plans exist where the membership page shows them. The plan, its renewal date, and its invoices live under Billing in your Account. Prices are in US dollars.
Payment and invoices
Card payment is handled by the house's payment partner; the house itself never sees or stores card numbers. Every invoice is kept in Billing with its own page and document, and remains available after a plan ends.
Institution accounts
Institution memberships are arranged with the house and invoiced on terms rather than card, with the invoice schedule agreed at arrangement.
Cancelling
A membership cancels at period end from Billing; access holds until the period closes, and the letters and invoices remain readable in a closed account. The house does not make leaving hard, because the reason to stay should never be the exit.
