Client Care

How the house serves its clients and members, and how to reach it.

How the house serves

LIBRO keeps client care deliberately close: questions about an order, an edition, a membership, or an account are answered by the house itself, not a call centre. Write once; the same person follows the matter to its end.

Reaching the house

  • Write to the house through the contact page, or to members@libro.org for account and membership matters.
  • Members reach dedicated support from the Support section of their Account, where every request and its answer is kept.
  • The addresses of record are Milano, New York, and London.

What to expect

A request is acknowledged when it is read and answered when it is resolved; the house does not send holding replies for their own sake. Matters touching an order in transit are treated first.

The house's standard is the one it applies to its books: a request deserves an answer that outlives the asking.
